The Insurance Commissioner has approved the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau's (PCRB) previously-filed revisions to the Experience Rating Plan. These revisions become effective as of 12:01 a.m., April 1, 2004 with respect to new and renewal policies having normal anniversary rating dates on or after that date.
