A Return to Work Program is a clearly defined and documented PLAN to:

1. Enable injured employees to return to work quickly and safely in:
   
   • Temporary work assignments, while still actively treating with the doctor
     
   • Permanently modified or alternative jobs once discharged from medical care.
     
     
2. Ensure that all aspects of the return to work process are managed and coordinated.
