If you are injured on the job, take immediate action!

Get medical attention immediately. If necessary, have someone call 911;
Inform your supervisor immediately;
If your supervisor is not available, contact another manager for assistance;
Ask your employer for a referral to a doctor or medical facility. They will get this referral when they report your injury to Zenith's First Call® hotline.

		Use this checklist to remember what to do if you are injured on the job:
		Report the injury immediately to your supervisor.

		Seek medical attention if necessary.

		Let your supervisor know if any tools or equipment were involved in the accident, especially if they were faulty.

		Suggest to your supervisor ways to prevent such accidents from occurring again.

		Keep your supervisor informed of your status.

		Call your supervisor if you have questions or ideas about getting back to work.
